We are looking for experienced and committed social workers to join our children’s social work teams in Newcastle. The teams in our children’s social care include the Initial Response Service, Longer Term Teams and the 16+ Service. You will be actively involved in shaping our creative and innovative approach to social work.
You must be dynamic, innovative and bring a comprehensive knowledge and skill-base to the challenge of working with vulnerable children and young people and families. You will be an enthusiastic team player who is passionate about achieving the best outcomes for children and young people in Newcastle.
You will have a relevant social work qualification with at least 2 years post qualifying experience in the field, with a commitment to expanding your social work knowledge and skills. HCPC registration is also essential for this role.
