First Class Supply work with a number of Special Education Needs schools throughout Sunderland who require experienced SEN teachers. To be successful in the role you will have gained experience with pupils who have Special Educational Needs and will be able to quickly establish good working relationships within various environments and teams.
Roles are available for a range of full and part time hours, meaning we are able to provide you with a position that suits your lifestyle. For those interested in longer term positions, we will be happy to discuss potential roles. This is also an excellent opportunity if you are seeking permanent employment as introductions to new settings often leads to future positions.
In addition you will need to:
- Be committed to making a real difference to the lives of pupils
- Have a minimum of 6 months recent experience
- Be able to work independently, using your initiative
- Take direction to adapt and meet the needs of the team
- Be pro-active, enthusiastic, energetic and reliable
