Reporting directly to the Director of Social Care you will have professional HCPC registration and offer considerable senior level experience in delivering service improvements and leading significant change across the breadth of Statutory Children’s Social Care services by:
• Engaging the workforce and key partners;
• Being a resilient, self-motivated leader who understands business requirements;
• Setting high standards and delivering excellent practice and motivating others to do the same;
• Leading by example in delivery of the Company’s vision of providing creative, transparent and child-centred services;
• Creating an honest and supportive working environment where employees feel empowered, valued and listened to;
• Providing a relentless focus on service delivery and the Company’s development journey;
• Managing systems and processes to achieve the best possible outcomes for children, young people and families;
• challenging the team to identify, analyse and share best financial
opportunities;
• Promoting the Company and its vision and values at a Local, Regional and National level;
• Overseeing social work interventions where the voice of the child is heard, fully considered and acted upon.
