We are seeking to recruit an experienced person to work within the activity and well-being services.

The role involves supporting people with a learning disability to work towards their individual aims and goals in a person centred way within a supportive and safe environment. This will involve in the community, and building based activity. and experience in providing personal care is essential. It would be desirable to have a minimum level 2 qualification in care or equivalent.
Driving licences is desirable.
