We are looking to recruit a Social Worker to join the Supported Lodgings Team as a Supported Lodgings Officer. The team is situated within the Young People’s Service and works countywide.
The successful candidate will work with the Project Co-ordinator to recruit Supported Lodgings Providers via assessment and training. They will also match and support placements made with the providers as they take young people 16 + into their homes to prepare for independence. The young people are from a varied background and legal status and the Supported Lodgings Providers are an enthusiastic group of people.

It is anticipated that interviews will be held week commencing 31st October 2016.
Required qualifications: Professional qualification - Degree in SW, Dip SW, CSS or CQSW or recognised equivalent. Applicants must hold or be applying for HCPC registration.
