You will initially join the Repairs & Maintenance team liaising with our customers and stakeholders carrying out a full range of surveying in relation to repairs which have been reported by our customers. The role will also involve working across other areas of the Property & Development division including our Assets, Voids and Repairs & Maintenance Team. You will populate the asset management system via tablet technology with data relating to the condition of the stock and surrounding areas along with other legislative requirements. You may also be required to produce reports when required following particular surveys.

The successful candidate will have proven experience of working in surveying. You will need to be well organised, have good verbal and written skills and the confidence to take responsibility and make sound decisions. Knowledge of building construction techniques and practices is essential as is surveying techniques and related requirements. You should be confident in the use of IT and comfortable using tablet-based data collection technologies.
