An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Hartlepool Borough Council’s expanding Early Help Team to develop and embed SystmOne across the Authority to ensure it is used to its full potential supporting effective working.
The Early Help team is responsible for the delivery of the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme and we require an experienced and motivated System Development and Performance Officer to manage the delivery of timely and accurate data reports to support the performance management of the service.
You will be working alongside key operational managers and clinical leads across the Council to ensure that the system supports effective pathways and performance improvements for children, young people and families.
