Further Information
The Systems Support Team supports 2 client information systems, the Integrated Childrens System (ICS) and the Early Help Module (EHM) which are used by social workers, family support workers, administration and management staff.
To support ICS and EHM in day to day management and to contribute to contionuous improvement including system admin tasks, setting up new users, providing new user initial training, testing for new upgrades, The work involves telephone and face to face communications with end users and requires an attention to detail and accuracy.
Some IT skills are needed, although no prior knowledge of the systems is required. An understanding of client confidentiality is essential.
