Tees Community Equipment Service (TCES) is an equipment loan service provided by Middlesbrough Council. The service includes the provision of a quality customer service to its partners and customers via administration, clerical and data input services.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work in our administration office.
The successful applicants will be required:
• To deliver a quality customer service via telephone, in person, written and electronic communication
• To input and obtain information from relevant computer and manual records
• To provide a customer service function in a welcoming, polite, considerate and professional manner
• To ensure that all aspects of administration of systems, procedures and documentation are kept up to date and available
• To support the development and promotion of systems using information technology
• To undertake administration and clerical duties across the service
• To receive and pass on messages and instructions on behalf of the service, including making arrangements for deliveries, collection and exchanges as and when requested
