The Governing Body of Inspire Multi Academy Trust are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, organised and motivated Classroom Teacher to take on Subject Leader responsibilities for EYFS (TLR2a) at New Penshaw Academy.

The successful candidate will be committed to providing effective learning experiences in order to achieve the highest individual standards for all pupils and will be an integral part of the management team at an exciting time of development for the school.

To join our Leadership Team at this time you will need display the following:

•EYFS Experience preferable
•Proven, consistently good / outstanding classroom practitioner
•Proven track record in raising standards
•Passion and determination to help all children achieve or exceed their potential
•High expectations of attainment and behaviour
•Curriculum development, assessment, monitoring, tracking and in-depth analysis
•Lead, support, inspire and motivate colleagues in the development and practice across a key stage and within a subject
•Excellent interpersonal skills, a strong record of leading, and a commitment to working as part of a team
•Resilient, flexible and resourceful with a good sense of humour
•Excellent organisation and communication skills
•Innovative, takes the initiative and liaises well with all colleagues
•Commitment to continuous professional development
•Respond well under pressure and is able to influence the positivity of others
•Curriculum development, assessment, monitoring, tracking and in-depth analysis
