T Level Work Based Learning Coordinator - Fixed Term (12 month period)
Salary from: 19,656 to £23,679 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
The main responsibility of the Work Based Learning Co-ordinator (WBLC) is to generate fifty day work experience placements for students participating in T Level qualifications. This will involve making contact with employers across the region, explaining how T Levels operate and bringing employers on board to provide excellent work place learning opportunities for students.
WBLC will also be responsible for liaising with employers and carrying out work place visits as well as assessing learners in the work place when the T Level qualifications are released in 2020.
The WBLC will liaise closely with students, curriculum delivery areas and employers and have a key role in developing students to achieve their learning goals, they are also responsible for developing the relationship with the employer and identifying and providing advice on wider training needs across the employer’s organisation.
