We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed worker to join the newly created Youth Offending and Targeted Support service, as a Targeted Support Worker.

You will have experience of working with young people at risk / in need and of multi-agency working. You will plan, organise and deliver targeted case work, activities and projects with young people on a one to one and group basis and will provide comprehensive verbal and written feedback. You will have a sound working knowledge of children’s legislation, safeguarding and multi-agency working and will be comfortable in both statutory and non-statutory contexts.

You will be expected to be a team player and able to work flexible hours and across agency boundaries. As part of an evolving Early Help service, you will be adaptable to organisational change.

Due to the role requiring frequent travel between venues across the borough, a full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle is required for this role.
