The Governors of Stannington First School are looking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic class teacher to cover maternity leave on a fixed term from September 2018 initially until the end of the Autumn term 2018 with the potential of extending until the return of the substantive post-holder.
The school is small in size with pupils aged between 3-9. We provide a happy and
stimulating environment where children can be involved in a variety of learning experiences.
This post will be part time (job share). It is a fixed term contract to cover the absence of the substantive post-holder until they return to work.
Stannington First School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children and expect all staff to share this commitment. The appointment of the successful
applicant will depend on receipt of an enhanced DBS check and health screening.
