The Governors and Head Teacher of this happy, successful and outstanding school are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic and inspirational Early Years Leader and teacher to join our dedicated Early Years team.
You will:
* Successfully lead our Early Years Team which consists of a Reception Class and Nursery (26 FTE places)
* Have a passion for creating an innovative, imaginative and exciting learning environment which is both active and child-centred
* Have successful, recent experience of planning, teaching and assessing in EYFS
* Demonstrate excellence in teaching, leadership and organisational skills
* Enthuse and motivate children to learn and progress to their full potential
* Be committed to developing positive relationships with our children and their families and to provide the best support for them
* Work flexibly as part of a team and be willing to participate in all aspects of school life
* Be ambitious for your own professional development, and that of those you manage
