Hexham Priory School is a special school (2 to 19 years) for pupils with severe learning difficulties and profound and multiple learning difficulties including those with Autistic Spectrum Conditions. Governors and School Leaders are keen to appoint the best candidate who will be deployed to teach based on their individual skills and experience.
Experience of working with children with special educational needs is essential. The candidate will be expected to teach pupils whose ability levels are below age-related expectations.
