Our rapidly improving School requires an outstanding practitioner to support with raising standards to improve the quality of teaching and learning across the School.
We need a teacher with a proven track record of School improvement, is an excellent teacher themselves, has good communication skills and who is resilient and skilled in change management.

We require someone who is forward thinking and can change the educational climate for our pupils and lead our teachers on a journey.
Particular skills we require include an interest in digital technology and outdoor learning.

This role comes with a class teaching commitment and management release time and the expectation that the candidate will be an integral member of the School Leadership Team. We require someone dynamic, who wants to make a difference to young people, families and the community.

At the moment shortlisting will take place 20th April and interviews will be w/b 27th April. These will be held remotely if necessary and will involve a number of tasks as well as remote formal interview. You may also be expected to supply a variety of evidence to support your application including photographs of books, videos of teaching etc.
