The governors of Warkworth Church of England Primary School are looking to recruit an inspirational and dedicated member of staff for Year 5 /6. This is a really exciting time for our school as we appointed a new head teacher in September 2017 and from September 2018 we will have our first Year 5 class.
We are looking for a Year 5 teacher who can support and promote the Christian values, ethos and vision of the school.
Our Christian ethos of ‘learning together with love, forgiveness and friendship’ is at the heart of our curriculum and we have a shared vision for every child to be successful, independent and resilient lifelong learner.
We are looking forward to welcoming a new member of staff to our hardworking and supportive team.
This post is a variable hours contract between minimum 0.5 FTE and maximum 1.00 FTE, initially for 1.0 FTE per week. Please note that all salaries quoted are for a full-time teacher and will be paid on a pro-rata basis of the full-time equivalent for this post.
Please note that the successful candidate will be employed by the governing body, not Northumberland County Council.
