This position attracts a TLR 2b for the responsibility of leading pupil premium across the school. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to move into a middle leadership role to provide leadership and direction across all curriculum areas in securing high standards of learning for pupil premium students to ensure the attainment gap is closed.

We also seek to appoint an outstanding Teacher of Maths who has the enthusiasm, energy and commitment to contribute to the further development of the maths curriculum. The successful candidate will bring with them innovative and creative ideas with the opportunity, for a candidate with appropriate skills, to lead a particular aspect of the maths curriculum to stretch and inspire our students to ensure they reach their full potential.

- Have a vision to support all pupil premium students to close the attainment gap at all levels and improve whole school pupil premium outcomes at KS3 and KS4.
- Work with colleagues from all areas of the curriculum to implement and evaluate creative strategies that support the learning and progress of pupil premium students
- Enable pupils to achieve the highest possible standards across the maths department
- Work motivationally within a team of staff
- Have a measurable impact at an individual level
- Inspire students who love the subject through outstanding teaching
- Develop innovation in teaching and learning, motivating and inspiring both colleagues and students through outstanding teaching.
