A large secondary school in Newcastle is working with First Class Supply to appoint a Teacher of Physics to commence in October 2016. The position will be on a full time basis until December 2016. You will teach Key Stages 3, 4 and 5.

The school caters for pupils aged 11-19 and performs consistently well. The leadership team are relentless in raising achievement and have been able to ensure pupils make good progress. Students are considerate towards others and display good behaviour.

To be successful in this role you must:

• have a strong classroom presence
• secure good progress for all students
• be able to inspire and motivate
• be an enthusiastic and committed teacher with vision, drive and commitment
• hold a relevant teaching qualification and QTS
• have recent experience / knowledge of teaching Physics up to Key Stage 5 within the UK National Curriculum.
