A partner primary school of First Class Supply are looking to employ a Teaching Assistant within their EYFS provision. The role is to commence as soon as possible on an ad-hoc basis for the duration of the academic year.

This is a small school which has been rated Good by Ofsted. The exciting curriculum helps pupils to enjoy learning in a supportive and nurturing environment. High expectations are set for the pupils and as teaching has improved pupils' attainment has also risen. There is a consistent approach to behaviour management which ensures behaviour is consistently good.

To be successful in this role you must:

• demonstrate a positive impact on pupil development
• have the energy and motivation to achieve excellence
• have empathy and understanding of the needs of pupils
• be able to work independently on either a 1-1 or small group basis
• be pro-active, enthusiastic, energetic and reliable
• hold a relevant child care or education qualification at Level 3 or above.
