This is a temporary maternity cover post to commence 23rd April 2018 until the day before the return of the substantive post holder.

We are looking for a committed, hard working teaching assistant to cover a maternity leave and join our team of friendly and dedicated staff. Candidates must have a calm and positive approach to all pupils. Experience of working in a junior school/KS2 setting would be an advantage.

We are looking to appoint someone who:

* Can demonstrate excellent classroom practice with high standards of teaching and learning which values all children
* Has very high expectations of all children and themselves
* Is able to work well as part of a team and demonstrates a commitment to the development of the whole school

The post is open to those newly qualifying, as well as those with more experience. Please make special reference to any skills or qualities you have which you would deem particularly relevant to an inclusive school.

Hours of work: 08:30-13:00 daily.
