This is initially a fixed term contract until July 2019, full-time and term-time only.

The Headteacher and governors wish to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced teaching assistant to join our hard-working and committed team. The role is primarily for in-class support, but experience of supporting in a pastoral role would be an advantage.

Prospective candidates should:
• have experience across KS 1 & KS 2;
• be a caring individual with strong behaviour management skills and high expectations for children to achieve their full potential;
• be willing to go the extra mile for the benefit of the school community.

Essential Qualifications:
• A teaching assistant qualification at NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
• Minimum 4 subjects GCSE Grades A*-C (or equivalent), including Maths and English
• A valid Paediatric First Aid Certificate (or willingness to undertake)
