Teaching Assistant (EYFS – 2 Year Old Room Leader) Grade E (SCP 18 – 20) term time only We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Teaching Assistant to join our enthusiastic team of professionals at Town End Academy. We are looking for someone who can nurture, inspire and motivate Foundation Stage pupils and has experience of working in an EYFS team, including 2 year old provision. The successful candidate will: - Hold a relevant Level 3 Child Care or Teaching Assistants qualification - Have good numeracy, literacy and communication skills and a good working knowledge of the revised statutory
  requirements in early years foundation stage - Have the knowledge understanding and skills to support the EYFS team and be proactive, taking a leading role in a
  2 year old provision - Be enthusiastic, resourceful and keen to ensure that the highest possible standards of pupil achievement,
  personal development and well-being are achieved - Have the ethos and philosophy to build good relationships with children and parents, support daily routines in a
  stimulating and creative setting and help to provide rich experiences to enable our children to become effective
