Temporary position up to 18 months
We are looking to recruit a Part Time 30 hour Team Coordinator within the Child Protection Team in Spennymoor.
We would love to hear from you if you can support us to continue to implement our vision of an excellent service for all children and young people within our services.
You must have excellent communication and organisational skill, be enthusiastic, have a flexible and proactive approach and be committed to improving outcomes for children and young people.
Our aim is to identify and support the needs of children and young people who require a service. In order to do this, we need to allow the social worker teams the capacity to undertake more direct work with children, young people, their carers and families and less time completing office based tasks.
The Child Protection and Disability Teams will each be supported by these newly created team coordinator posts.
You will be responsible to the Team Manager within the team and will provide high quality support to all team members to enable key team functions to be carried out. The support will be flexible to meet the needs of the management functions of the teams as well as the overall needs of the service.
Essential Qualifications: NVQ 4 in Business Administration (or equivalent)
