The Living Life Service is a primary care mental health service based on a recovery model. The service is provided through a partnership between Middlesbrough Council and Middlesbrough and Stockton Mind. The post holder will be employed by Middlesbrough Council managing a team of Community Bridge Builders whose role is to support adults with mild to moderate mental health issues to enable them to achieve their recovery goals. The Community Bridge Builders are part of a larger team providing services. The post holder will be responsible for all management duties in relation to the Community Bridge Building (Middlesbrough Council) team, carry a case load of their own and work closely with the Team Manager to develop and promote the wider service.
