Vacancy No: AHS-18-327A

Applications are invited for the above temporary vacancy within the Adult Care Services area of Adult and Health Services.

This Team Manager post will be oversee the Learning Disability Access Team linked to Social Care Direct and will have performance responsibilities for the reviewing officers within the Learning Disability East/North/South Teams. The post holder will play an active role in supporting the Local Authority to review individuals in hospital and health provision.

The successful post holder will also assist senior officers with Transforming Care and Accountable Care Partnerships.


Applicants must hold a professional qualification in either Social or Health Care to diploma level or equivalent. Current registration with relevant professional body.

Candidates should have relevant post qualifying or registration experience including some project or personnel supervisory responsibilities, inter-agency and partnership development and the development of practice standards.
