We are looking for a progressive and forward-thinking Team Manager to join a small, committed and supportive management team.
We have recently remodelled our First Response Services and we are looking for an enthusiastic Team Manager who will take this team to the next level.
You will manage a team of 5 social workers and one Advanced Social Work Practitioner, who undertake short term assessments including Section 47 work, ensuring children and families receive a high-quality service supported by quality assessments to ensure they are achieving the best outcomes. You will be supported by an experienced and dynamic management team.
If you have the ambition and the desire to deliver high quality social work practice and the skills to support social workers, then this could be the position for you.
