Additional payments of
£1239 per annum market supplement paid monthly;
2% Recruitment and retention allowance paid monthly.

The Company is right in the middle of realising its improvement agenda and we are seeking a committed and talented Team Manager in one of our Permanence teams. Our Team Manager salary is one of the most competitive in the region (with progression to £49,917 per annum). You will have extensive post qualifying experience of statutory social work with children and families within a local authority setting. You will show leadership in driving good practice and the management skills to create an environment where social workers can excel.

The Company uses Liquid Logic to enable manageable caseloads for teams. Dedicated support is available to help you with the demands of the day-to-day job from Business Administration support for typing and filing.
