Further Information
Applicants for these permanent posts will be responsible for providing support to vulnerable adults in their own home. They will be expected to respond to Telecare alerts and support individuals with personal care, falls and health concerns.

We are looking for applicants who have experience of working with vulnerable adults, are person centered and can demonstrate they can work as part of a team to meet an individuals needs. You will need to work flexible as the service offers support to people 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
