An opportunity has arisen for a Team Manager to join Hartlepool's Through Care Team. We are looking for a qualified team manager with leadership, enthusiasm, drive and commitment to achieving the very best outcomes for children and young people looked after and those who have left care. Experience of multi agency working and being a good corporate parent is essential.

You will have significant experience in working with children looked after and care leavers and possess a social work qualification at a degree or diploma level (or equivalent). Previous experience of supervising staff, allocating work, and performance management and possession of management or leadership qualification would be an advantage.
