PROSPER Learning Trust was established in January 2018 with Newcastle Bridges School and Mary Astell Academy. We are striving to further build collaboration across the schools and grow as a Multi Academy Trust, whilst continuing to strengthen our relationships with schools outside the MAT for the benefit of our students.

PROSPER Learning Trust are seeking to appoint an innovative Transition worker to work in our Ferndene unit. Ferndene is based at the former Prudhoe Hospital site and provides a regional and national inpatient service for children and young people aged up to 18 years of age. Ferndene is comprised of four in-patient wards (Fraser, Redburn, PICU and Stephenson).

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, inspirational member of support staff to support young people in their education at, and transition from Ferndene, a Children and Young Peoples Service.
The successful candidate will have significant experience in schools as a Learning Support Assistant and have an in depth understanding of the national curriculum.
