PROSPER Learning Trust was established in January 2018 with Newcastle Bridges School and Mary Astell Academy. Ferndene is comprised of four in-patient wards (Fraser, Redburn, PICU and Stephenson).

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, inspirational member of support staff to support young people in their education at, and transition from Ferndene, a Children and Young Peoples Service.
The successful candidate will have significant experience in schools as a Learning Support Assistant and have an in depth understanding of the national curriculum.

This is an exciting opportunity for an excellent practitioner to join our outstanding school and work in a challenging yet rewarding multidisciplinary environment.
