As a key member of the Streetscene management team you will provide clear strategic leadership, direction and management of the staff in Highways & Engineering and also work across the Streetscene team to ensure a cohesive service across the whole operational service.

You will assist in the development and delivery of strategic policies and plans in relation to transportation and highways? These will revolve around the street lighting PFI, Public Rights of Way (PRoW), parking, drainage policies both regional and national, strategic transport issues in relation to the Tees Valley Combined Authority, coastal protection and structures, highway developments, road safety and Streetworks.
