Northern Skills Group are looking to recruit a Warehouse and Logistics Tutor on a permanent basis.
Full time (37 hours per week), Permanent
Salary up to £25,000 per annum*
*Market Rate Supplement: A further £5,000 per annum, of salary may be available for an exceptional candidate.
The Warehousing and Logistics Tutor will be responsible for the delivery of all training within the warehouse environment.
Tutors will contribute to the design and delivery model of learning programmes and assessments, working closely with learners to enable them to successfully achieve their qualifications.
Areas for delivery will include: Preparation for work, health and safety, employability and to be able to embed functional skills throughout.
Tutors have a key role in developing learners to achieve their learning goals and inspire them to overcome barriers. As part of the Employability and Projects team you will be responsible for supporting individuals in finding sustainable employment.
Qualifications required:
• Minimum of Level 2 or above in a relevant qualification.
• Functional Skills Maths, English and ICT.
• To be willing to work towards a Teaching Qualification (PGCE).
• To be willing to work towards an Assessing Qualification (TAQA or
Equivalent).
