Welfare Reform Project Officer
Fixed term for 12 months
The post holder will be working on projects and will be required to analyse and interpret data surrounding the impacts of Welfare Reforms, and help to develop a range of support to residents who are affected, by this impact , to help them deal with crisis situations , improve their financial capability, and become more digital included
The support /specific activity and projects are intended to mitigate the impacts of welfare reform
Excellent written /verbal communications skills will be required to liaise with colleagues as well as with other internal services and external organisations and they will need to work effectively with others to build excellent relationships, find common solutions and develop and maintain clear working objectives
The role also requires good planning and organisational skills and will require working to targets and deadlines
The post holder will be required to provide analysis and supporting materials to develop and implement service improvements
