The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive benefit advice service to residents of Middlesbrough.
Working within a busy and dedicated Department you will be required to provide face to face advice and representation to members of the public and Council staff.
Following completion of a short, office based induction you will be required to provide front line advice from various locations in the community.
