Post Title: Woodwind Teacher, 0.4 FTE, Temporary from 25/04/2022 until 17/02/2023

Grade: Unqualified Teachers (£18,169 to £28,735) or Teachers Main Pay Range (£25,714 - £36,961) pro rata to hours worked

Job Location: Schools in County Durham or Darlington. Your official place of work will be Ushaw College, but you may be required to work at any Council workplace within County Durham.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with Durham Music Service as a Woodwind teacher. We are looking for an inspiring, creative, and hardworking music educator who wants to make a real difference to the lives of young people through music. This post will be temporary to 17th February 2023.

Durham Music Service is the lead partner in the Durham and Darlington Music Education Hub.

Applicants must have a recognised music performance qualification (Grade 8 or equivalent).

• The job involves travel across County Durham /Darlington Borough and candidates must be able to meet this provision.
