South Tees Youth Offending Service is looking to appoint two qualified and suitably experienced Case Managers to join our Service. One position is offered on a permanent basis and the other on a 12 month fixed term basis to cover maternity leave.
You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team responsible for undertaking assessments and planning a range of interventions to address offending behaviour. You will need to possess the skills and experience necessary to effectively manage risk, safety and well-being issues as well as representing the Service in Court and other professional arenas.
You will have experience of working with young people with complex needs and be highly organised to carry out this diverse role to a high standard. You will require excellent written and communication skills and be flexible to meet the needs of the service.
This role would require evening and weekend working on occasion.
