The Governors of our successful small Primary School are looking to appoint an outstanding and inspirational primary practitioner (initially to work in Early Years) to work in our welcoming and nurturing school. Our idyllic school is nestled in the heart of the Northumberland countryside with good transport links, situated just off the A1.
The successful candidate will:
- Be an outstanding primary practitioner delivering high quality Early Years provision in a Reception class in the first instance.
- Have high expectations, be reflective and have a strong commitment to raising the standards of teaching, learning, behaviour and achievement for all pupils.
- Create and maintain a happy, safe, caring environment that will allow our students to thrive whilst providing stimulating and challenging activities.
- Work as an effective member of a team.
- Establish good working relationships with parents, agencies and other stakeholders.
- Be hardworking, flexible, enthusiastic, with a good sense of humour and positive outlook.
