This is a fixed term post for a 6 month period

You will be required to provide an excellent, efficient and effective face to face service for the citizens, businesses and visitors of Northumberland.

You will have a good general education an understanding of customer service and an awareness of and interest in the council and the services it provides.

You will be passionate about helping others, naturally empathetic and keen to deliver an excellent customer service. You will be committed to your own personal development and willing to undertake appropriate training.

You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate open discussion to determine customer and service requirements.
