Successful applicants will receive (where this applies) the Northumberland Living Wage Supplement in addition to their basic salary.
The Governors of Stannington First School are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual to join our team as a playworker within our Breakfast and After School Club.
The successful candidate must be able to work as part of a team and demonstrate a positive attitude, enthusiasm and a sense of humour.
The role involves:
? room preparation before the session
? preparation of snacks and refreshments
? joining in and playing alongside children
? building trusting relationships
? showing initiative with children, providing approachable care and encouraging
positive relationships
The school is small in size with pupils aged between 3-9 and spread over several buildings.
