CLASSROOM TEACHER – FIXED-TERM UNTIL 31ST AUGUST 2020

Ayresome Primary School is part of Ad Astra Academy Trust, having converted into the Trust on 1st January 2019. The school is now entering an exciting chapter in the development of the school in its drive to help children fulfill their potential.

The School is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and highly motivated Classroom Teacher, commencing in January 2020 on a fixed-term contract for two terms to work within Key Stage 2. The successful applicant will work alongside a strong and committed team and will benefit from the wider professional opportunities available of working for Ad Astra Academy Trust and as such this post would suit an NQT, or a candidate new to teaching, who has experience in working within Key Stage 2.

Candidates will be expected to demonstrate that they are ready to take on a challenging post within this large 745 place school, and to help us to provide the very best for every child and family in the community. Candidates are asked to demonstrate their skills and experience that they will bring to the posts and how they will meet the requirements of the Person Specification.
