The role  
Your role will be to provide administrative support to the Housing Services team to help meet the needs of the service. You will accurately maintain and update relevant technical databases, client records and systems, respond appropriately to enquiries from customers and clients and act as a point of contact for customers, taking responsibility for handling enquiries through to a satisfactory conclusion. You will provide accurate and up to date information and advice ensuring that service delivery is to the highest standards of customer care and quality. You must have a good general level of education with a sound working knowledge of the procedural and practical issues relating to customer services and be willing to undertake appropriate training. You must be proficient in using IT word processing, database and spreadsheet packages. Experience of working in a busy environment and within a Housing Services function would be desirable.
