The role
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Family Placement Team for a Band 3 Admin Assistant.

You will provide a wide range of clerical support including typing, collating information, data entry, receiving telephone calls, dealing with visitors, booking travel, handling petty cash and maintaining information systems - please refer to job description for further details. The Admin Team supports the Family Placement Service and NCC children’s homes.

We are looking for a team player with excellent numeracy and literacy skills, who is able to follow instructions and procedures without constant supervision and work flexibly to cater for the varying demands of this role.

Starting salary of £18,795 progressing up to £19,171

Essential requirements:
Experience in a similar role covering a broad range of support tasks and procedures.
Able to quickly and accurately manipulate numerical data using all arithmetic functions.
Ability to organise self and work without constant supervision.
Able to apply technology in new work-related situations.
Able to follow instructions and procedures without constant supervision.
Ability to form appropriate relationships quickly.
Works in a systematic and orderly manner.
