The role
Working in the Housing Maintenance Team, your role is to undertake internal and external plumbing repairs to Council homes and other premises as required. You will ensure that adequate stores, materials and equipment are available to undertake the necessary repairs and ensure that all work is completed on time and to a high standard.

You must be able to work unsupervised and be prepared to work outside of normal office hours, as required. This post involves travel to various locations throughout the County therefore you must be able to meet transport requirements.

Essential requirements:
You will be educated to City & Guilds level 3 plumbing (or equivalent) and hold a gas safety certificate. You must have experience of being a plumber (Gas) and of undertaking gas installations with experience in a customer facing environment.
