The role involves working in a CCTV/alarm receiving control room which also receives a large amount of calls from members of the public and private businesses. The applicant will need to be professional/polite and have an excellent call taking manner, they must have a good level of IT skills to operate various software applications and front-end platforms.
The shift pattern is 24/7 and consists of 12hr shifts days and nights.
