We are looking to recruit inspirational, experienced and qualified Deputy Managers, who holds a Level 5 Diploma Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services – Children and Young People’s Residential or have the ability and commitment to completing the award within 18 months of appointment. The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of success in the field. The successful candidates must meet all essential criteria as set out in the person specification.
