Can you help us in our response to Covid-19?

We are continuing to respond and meet the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic and have successfully continued to deliver services to the people in our borough as well as supporting additional measures to control the virus such as community testing and contact tracing.
In order to build our capacity and resilience in our response to Covid-19 we are seeking to increase our Covid Support Team to support delivery across all Covid-19 operations.
We are looking to recruit a further 5 Covid Support Officers, to join a Team who can be deployed across the organisation and across the services supporting our response to Covid-19 including:
• Contact tracing
• Providing support to our testing sites and testing processes
• Advice and engagement on control of the virus with local businesses and members of the public
• Working with our Public Health, regulatory and enforcement teams.

Please note there are both full time and part time positions available for this role. The full time role is 37 hours generally taken over 5 full days. Part time role is 15 hours generally taken over 2 full days. Both positions may include weekend working.
