The primary function of the Employment and Skills Trainer will be to work with the Employment Coaches and/or Employers, promoting training and identifying the training needs of Learners and/or the needs of Employers. You will be responsible for creating and delivering training; assessing against relevant criteria on accredited qualification delivery; evaluating outcomes; providing follow-up support to learners; administration and continuous improvement of training. You will use a variety of training skills and activities in line with contract needs to engage and empower learners focussing on their transferable skills to progress them to achieve sustainable employment.
