We have an exciting opportunity in the Organisational Planning and Change Team within the Human Resources Service so, if you are looking to develop your HR knowledge and skills within a first-class organisation, come and work with us at Stockton Council.

The Orgainsational Planning and Change team has a wide remit and includes organisational change, pay and reward, job evaluation, recruitment, pensions, workforce data and policy development. This post will focus on recruitment and assisting with service reviews, TUPE transfers and preparation of workforce data and there will also be opportunities to support on a range of projects within the team.

The ideal candidate will have a great track record in recruitment, workforce data and helping to support organisational change. You should be professionally qualified or have experience of working in a busy HR service and ideally be proficient in excel.
