Spark of Genius North East LLP is a high-quality provider of specialist care in small therapeutic residential homes and education, both for children and young people with a diverse range of Behavioural, emotional and Social difficulties.
We are currently looking to appoint an Assistant Manager who will support the Residential Manager in the efficient running of the residential home. You will largely be responsible for assisting the Residential Manager in the efficient operational management of the house as well as providing excellent care to the children and young people.
The post holder will have managerial experience in supporting young people and staff in a residential environment. Applicants should be Educated to OFQUAL standard, possessing a QCF 3 in Children and Young People’s Workforce. Ideally possess or or be working towards a QCF 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care – Children and Young People’s Service as well as a Managers RMA.
